“How long last the delivery times?”
When the parcel is given to transporter, it will take, depending to your location, between 3 and 5 days to be delivered.

“How much are the shipping costs?”
The fees change depending to the purchasing made. You will find them in your cart when you will have selected the products you want. All the orders over 100€ will receive a free shipping.

“What are the payment methods?”
Currently, we accept Paypal, Credit cards and bank transfers. In some specific cases, it is possible for us to bring you your purchases but we must have talked about it first.

“Is it possible to receive a professional invoice?”
After every cart validation, you will receive a confirmation email including all the purchasing details. If you want a professional invoice including more information, don’t hesitate to ask.

“What happens after cart validation?”
As soon as your purchases are validated, you receive a confirmation email. After that, you just have to wait for the delivery or, if you decided this option, to come pick your purchases.

“What is the packaging of the products in the parcel?”
In order to not to be damaged during transport, all the products are packed and protected at best. Depending on deterioration risks, recycled bubble wrapping is used around the products and, this one, is packed in a carton box (which is most of the time recycled too).

“Is it possible to physically see the products before buying?”
Of course, it possible to see, or even try, the available products in our different points of sales. And, for this, we invite you to discover them here.

“Is it possible to buy wholesale?”
Yes, most of the products are available in big quantities. For this, we invite you to contact us in order to talk about the possibilities.

“Is it possible to create a unique designed product?”

“How long lasts my withdrawal time?”
You have a 14 calendar days to withdraw your contract. This period starts the day after the delivery day. For more information about this point, you can refer yourself at the article 8 from our Terms & Conditions.

“What happens if my product is delivered damaged/broken?”
Upon delivery, you must proceed to a conformity examination of the parcel/product, and this while the delivery man is still there. This is at this moment that you have to let us know your eventual complaint in order for us to handle it as fast as possible.
