Our products are handcrafted by professional artisans and are ready to embellish your everyday life. If, at the delivery, the product seems defective, damaged or broken, please contact us directly to inform us of the problem that we will hurry to settle with you.

Shipments are made daily, except on Sundays. We deliver everywhere in Belgium and abroad. When ordering « unusual » products, you can contact us to consider a particular delivery.
If, after confirming your order, you wish to make a special request, do not hesitate to contact us shortly, informing us of the order number.

Usually the order is shipped within 48 hours but we reserve ourself the right to ship within 96 hours.

Your order can be canceled and fully refunded within 15 days of cancellation, only if your order has not been shipped yet.
In case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are entirely your responsibility.
On reception of the product, we make a statement and check the conformity and the operating condition of the product, … The refund will be made in proportion to the state (photos in support) of the goods, namely 100% / 75% / 50%. We reserve ourself the right to refuse the return of products that are too damaged.
No returns will be accepted :
If the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unfit for sale.
Compensation may be claimed if it turns out that you have made use of the product beyond what is required by the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
In case you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, we are required to refund the sums, previously paid.
This refund must be made no later than 30 days after the withdrawal.
You may not exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts with the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized or which, because of their nature, can not be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate rapidly.
This is the case when we sell a product made to measure or adapted to your specific requests (ex: made to measure object, making a logo / drawing / « little word », … personal according to your wishes, choice of ‘a particular color, …).
The product sheet specifies whether it is a standard or custom good.
In the absence of precision or specific request, the product is deemed to be standard.

All our products contain a (legal) 2-year warranty.
This covers only damage due to a defect, manufacturing defect and / or material. It does not cover any damage caused by the customer as a result of improper use and / or non-compliance with maintenance, cleaning and use instructions, or normal wear and tear. It is therefore necessary to treat objects in « good father » and take care of them so as not to damage them.

Delivery insurance is offered upon shipment of each product. Excepted on the ones shipped by BPost without tracking.
